1) Downloading the eBook

When you made you purchase you should have been taken immediately to a download page where you could download your book and bonuses.  If not, please contact us with your purchase details and we will resend them.

Make sure you save the files (by following the instructions on the download page) to your hard drive in a place you can find them before you do *anything* else. You should save the file to your “desktop” so you can find it easily and quickly once you have finished downloading.

2)  Opening the eBook

a) How to open ZIP files

If you are downloading an file in ZIP format, you’ll need to have a copy of WinZip to open the file. You can download a free version of WinZip from here. Once you’ve downloaded the ZIP file and installed WinZip, double-click the icon to open it. Select all the files in the WinZip window and click ‘Extract’. Choose a folder to extract the file(s) to.  You may be asked to enter the password or pass phrase if the file is secured in which case you the one provided in your email from us.
Go to that folder on your PC and double-click the icon to open the file.

b)  PDF Version

Once you have downloaded the eBook to your computer’s desktop (or whatever folder you saved it in) then simply double-click the file and it should open in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

If it does not open automatically in Adobe Acrobat Reader, then

    1. Open  Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking “Start” >> “Programs”
    2. >> “Adobe Acrobat”
    3. >> “Acrobat Reader”
    4. Once you open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program click “File” >>
    5. “Open” >>
    6. Then (if you save the file to your desktop) go to your desktop and open the file.

This should open the eBook file in your Adobe Acrobat Reader.

b)  Complied Version

Once you have downloaded the eBook to your computer’s desktop (or whatever folder you saved it in) then simply double click the file and it should open automatically.

3. Downloading & Using Adobe Acrobat Reader

If you need Adobe Acrobat Reader (or if you need to upgrade) you can download the FREE Reader software / upgrade by going to http://www.adobe.com/.

You can get the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader FREE.  Adobe Acrobat Reader comes with an extensive “Help” file – if you have questions about how to operate the program — please open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program, click “Help” and make the appropriate selection.  Unfortunately we cannot provide further assistance on how to Adobe Acrobat.

4. Printing the eBook (ONLY IF YOU PURCHASED THE PDF VERSION)

Open Adobe Acrobat Reader by clicking

    1. “Start” >>
    2. “Programs” >>
    3. “Adobe Acrobat” >>
    4. “Acrobat Reader”.
    5. Once you open the Adobe Acrobat Reader program
    6. click “File” >>
    7. “Open” >> then (if you save the file to your desktop) go to your desktop and open the file.
    8. Then click “File” >>  ”Print”

5. Where are my Bonuses* I was supposed to get with my purchase?

The bonuses are located on the download page.

6. I downloaded a copy of the eBook but now I can’t find it on my computer – what do I do?

When you originally downloaded the files you should have saved the eBook files to your “desktop”.

If you did not, and if you cannot find them, the easiest thing to do is a search for them.

    1. Click the Windows “Start” button >> then click “Search” >>
    2. Then click “For Files or Folders”.
    3. Where it says “Search for files or folders named:” type in
    4. The name of the file.
    5. Make sure it says “Look in: ‘Local Hard Drives’” on the pull
    6. Down menu right below.
    7. Click “Search Now”
    8. Double click the file in the search results and the file s should open in Adobe Acrobat Reader or open by itself if it is an *.exe file.
    9. If it does not open automatically — make a note of where the file is located — then follow the instructions in #2 above.

7.  What will my credit card charges say?

Your credit card charges will reflect “ClickBank / Keynetics” – they will *NOT* say OnlineCasinoBuilder.com so please make a mental note of this so when your credit card statement arrives you won’t have a question.

8.  Is there a “Hard Copy”?

There is no hard copy of the book available. We thought about it — then realized a hard copy would significantly add to the cost and therefore the price of the product!

9. The links in the eBook won’t work.

If you click the “web” links in the eBook (blue underlined links) and they don’t take you to a web page — Make sure your computer is *online and connected to the web*.

If you get an error that says something to the effect that no web browser is configured to work with Adobe Acrobat Reader then try the following:

    1. In Adobe Acrobat Reader go to “File” then “Preferences” then
    2. “Web Link” and choose your browser in the WWW Browser Application.
    3. You will need to find the .exe file for the browser by clicking the “browse” button.
    4. Your browser .exe file (usually either Netscape/Internet Explorer/Firefox/Chrome/Safari) can sometimes be found in your “Program Files” folder.
    5. Any more tech support on this issue should come from Adobe or your computer vendor, (or AOL if you use them) since we cannot be sure where to tell you to look on your hard drive for your browser’s .exe file.

This should solve the problem of being able to click directly on the links and have them take you to the web.

10.  I can’t print the book / it stops printing at a certain page.

There are 4 possible reasons why you cannot print the eBook:

    1. The eBook is “NOT” print enabled if it is .exe type of file, therefore you will have to read it onscreen.
    2. Try restarting your computer and printer.

If that doesn’t work….

    1. When you have the eBook open in Acrobat —
      1. >> go to File,
      2. >> Click Print
      3. >> then down in the middle where it says “Print  range” fill in Pages from with about 20 or 30 pages (example 45-75).
      4. Try printing the book out chapter by chapter.

11. Do you have an affiliate program?

12. I can’t open any pages other than the introduction of the book?

You are currently running the trail/demo/sample version of the book. This allows potential customers access to the book without paying any money for it.  If you liked the book and would like to have access to the rest then please purchase from http://onlinecasinobuilder.com.

As a security measure we protect the eBooks from unauthorised use. If you have just purchased the book, then your password to access the entire portion of the eBook is winging its way to you.

This is usually with 24 hours.

13. Can I sell/distribute/forward the book?

No, you cannot sell, distribute or forward our material. All our intellectual property is security tagged to the purchaser details, and should we find that they are being misused, the purchaser will be held legally accountable. If you wish to earn money, using our eBooks you can become an affiliate.

Alternatively, if you have a joint venture or business proposal then please contact us through our contact page with the details and we will get back to you.

14. My EBook has stopped working?

As a security measure, the eBooks may STOP working in 90 days; you are then required to contact us, with your computer ID.  Once you have done this we will send you a unique code, to assign you eBook to your PC.  This stops people stealing our intellectual property, and retain the value of your purchase.

15. My computer crashed/was stolen etc. how can I get my eBook?

We will be happy to provide you with another copy of the eBooks, provided you can give us details of:

    1. Name,
    2. Address,
    3. Purchase Date
    4. Email Address
    5. Payment ID.
    6. or as many as possible so we can trace your order

We will then deactivate your existing eBook and reissue you with one.
